At Legendary Acres Hobby Farm, we’re more than a hobby farm—we’re a mix of second chances, new beginnings, and everyday magic. Some of our animals arrived here in need of a fresh start, while others took their very first breath right here on the farm.

These are the ones who found their way to us—sometimes through tough beginnings, sometimes simply needing a better fit.
Our newest Turkey, White Dove
Goldie the macaw (who always has something to say), DJ Mr. Freckles the Mini Rex, Shackleton the gentle giant, and our rescue pigs Izzy and Franky all came to us needing a new chapter.
Mittens the polydactyl kitten, along with others who have passed through our doors, remind us that sometimes the smallest arrivals leave the biggest marks.
They may have come from uncertain situations, but here they’ve found safety, space, and a life where they’re truly part of the family.

These are the animals who started their story right here.
Our goats—Meg, Hazel, Luna, Dagny, Leia, Howard, and Mac—have welcomed new generations of playful kids bouncing through the pasture.
Our Golden Retrievers, Toby and Bob, may not have been born here, but they’ve helped raise just about everyone who was.
From baby bunnies like Dandelion’s kits (Houdini the house bunny (our red-eyed white escape artist) to chicks, ducklings, and all the little lives that arrive each season, these animals grow up surrounded by care, curiosity, and constant companionship.

What makes Legendary Acres special is how it all comes together—rescues and homegrown animals living side by side. Different beginnings… same ending: a safe, happy, slightly chaotic (in the best way) life on the farm.
From Houdini hopping across the living room with the dogs, to Goldie calling out to her flock, to baby goats discovering the world for the first time—this place is full of stories you couldn’t make up if you tried.
Around here, family isn’t defined by species—or even by where you started.
It’s about who you become… and who you run with.
