What a busy and exciting start to summer at Legendary Acres Animal Rescue!
🐐 On May 29, Princess Leia welcomed her daughter Qi’ra (Kira).
🐐 On June 1, Luna welcomed twin doelings Aurora and Celeste.
💙 Our first-ever benefit auction on May 30 was a tremendous success and raised enough to cover nearly two months of feed costs for the animals in our care.
🐱 Persephone, our chunky rescue cat, continues her journey toward better health, and we recently accepted the surrender of three more cats who are currently decompressing while we work to find them loving forever homes.
🦆 We also welcomed 10 Muscovy ducklings to the farm.
🐰 And we’re helping 8 Mini Lionhead Lop rabbits on their way to new forever families.

🏡 Don’t forget our Open House Visitor Hours every Saturday during the summer from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Come meet the animals, learn about the rescue, and see what’s happening around the farm.
